Return To TopThe research project “Entrepreneurship Willingness and Entrepreneurship Attitude Survey on the basis of Students in Higher Education Institutions” is carried out at the University of Pannonia.
A number of EU statistics show that even among recent graduates in economics, the entrepreneurial propensity is extremely low, regardless of whether the theoretical and practical knowledge acquired during the training provides the necessary skills to start and successfully run a business. At the same time, it is very important to increase the number of full-time and part-time self-employed people in the EU, including our country, thus reducing the risks in a possible recessionary economic environment.
A questionnaire survey to explore students’ entrepreneurial attitudes, competences and motivation, and a summary of the lessons of the online questionnaire. The expected social and economic utility of the planned research is to identify which competences and attitudes to strengthen and develop among the current economic students, that have a significant impact on students’ entrepreneurial propensity. This would contribute to the expansion and development of the training portfolio. In the longer term, it would help to increase the number of self-employed at macro level.
