Despite the progress made over the past decade, people with disabilities still face significant barriers and remain at higher risk of poverty and social exclusion.
The European Union Strategy on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (2021-2030) focuses on equality of opportunity and accessibility as playing a prominent role. The goal of this strategy is to ensure that in Europe, every person with disabilities can enjoy their human rights, regardless of gender, racial or ethnic origin, religion or belief, age, or sexual orientation, and that their participation in social processes and economic life is realized with equal opportunities and equal accessibility. In Hungary, various political and economic efforts aim to ensure that diversity is valued in the market environment as well, but without practical support, these cannot achieve the desired result.
As a mainstream corporate good practice in the international market, social responsibility and awareness-raising is a key element for domestic companies to support the integration and reintegration of people with disabilities into the labour market as part of the overall social inclusion of people with disabilities.
The completed online test package can become part of the development and implementation of protocols and client journey processes.
