DIGITALISATION, ROBOTISATION AND THE SOCIAL LABOUR MARKET

The research project “The social framework of workplace innovation: the relationship between digitalisation, robotisation and the social labour market” is carried out at the University of Miskolc.

IDENTIFICATION OF A SOCIAL PROBLEM

The rise of digitalisation and the associated social changes are changing the workplace and workplace relations. The framework also needs to define the conceptual basis, highlight certain areas and examine the transitions between industry 4.0 and industry 5.0.

• Defining the definition of innovation in the workplace;
• Highlighting the issues of digitalisation and robotisation (regulatory issues of home office teleworking, framework for the use of robots and cobots) within the category of workplace innovation;
• Examining the impact of the above on the labour market (e.g. examining the transition between industry 4.0 and 5.0, the four-day working week, the concept of social learning)
